Widerrufsrecht
Sie können die erhaltene Ware ohne Angabe von Gründen innerhalb von zwei Wochen, gerechnet ab Ablauf der 14-tägigen Rückgabefrist nach Ziff. 1 durch Rücksendung der Ware zurückgeben oder den Widerruf Ihrer Vertragserklärung in Textform, also z.B. per Brief, Fax oder e-mail erklären. Widerrufsfolgen
Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren und gegebenenfalls gezogene Nutzungen (z.B. Gebrauchsvorteile) herauszugeben. Können Sie uns die empfangene Ware ganz oder teilweise nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand zurückgewähren, müssen Sie uns insoweit ggf. Wertersatz leisten. Dies gilt nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Ware ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung - wie sie etwa im Ladengeschäft üblich gewesen wäre - zurückzuführen ist. Im Übrigen können Sie die Wertersatzpflicht vermeiden, indem Sie die Ware nicht wie ein Eigentümer in Gebrauch nehmen und alles unterlassen, was deren Wert beeinträchtigt.
